The ink we use is designed and manufactured only to be used specifically by the printer that we have, so rest assured there are no knock off supplier or cheap substitutes here! The ink is even GMP Certified!

The printer and print heads have been designed by Primera - one of the worlds leaders in manufacturing specialised digital printing equipment for research labs, medical equipment, and now food!

Our printer prints directly onto our biscuits using a small collection of auto-levelling technology, lasers and sensors to ensure the best print, every time.

And yes - it is totally safe to use with food. As well as the ink and ink heads having GMP Certification, the printer itself is also NSF® Certified. This is an American based organisation that certifies equipment as “safe to use” in food preparation.

By combining technology never before used in food preparation and being the only printer in the world to achieve both GMP and NSF® certification, it truly is the safest direct print to food printer in the market.

We custom bake and print for every order we receive, meaning you get the freshest biscuits every time.

While we can normally dispatch within 24 hours, we are still at the mercy of the postal over-lords! Most packages are received in 3-5 business days and are shipped from our kitchen in Wellington.

If you have a critical deadline that cannot be missed, best to get in touch with us directly ahead of time so we can make sure not to miss it.

For busier times of year (think Christmas, Easter, etc.) dispatch may be delayed, but you will be informed of this before checking out.

I’m sure they are a friendly bunch, and have tasty biscuits too, but we still have a point of difference!

1. We print direct to food, not onto rice paper. In fact, we are the only company in New Zealand with this technology.

2. We are cheaper. Most of our competitors are almost double the price for the same size biscuit.

3. We do not force you to buy within certain allocations of biscuits (i.e. 25, 50, 75, 100 etc.) If you want 37, no problem. If you want 89, we can do that! We don’t have a minimum order.

In short, you surely can! But if it’s more than 150+ biscuits, best to get in touch. That way we can work together to make sure you aren’t charged crazy amounts for multiple shipping consignments, and it also gives us plenty of time to make sure everything is baked and printed in time for you.

If you do order online anyway, that’s totally cool too - if the numbers are seriously big (imagine 500-1000+) we will probably give you a call to chat about timeframes.

Fill out the Contact Us form and we can send you an invoice, rather than going through the online shop. That way we can schedule a time to start baking and ensure we get things to you at the right time.

The biscuits are best consumed within 2-3 weeks of baking.

We have been running tests on them for about 5 months now and while they are a little stale at the 1-month mark, they still haven’t gone off and are totally safe to eat.

If you plan on saving them for later, the freezer is the best place for them.

At this stage, we offer one product that is tried and true. We will be looking at options to provide variations of our classic biscuit in the future.

Our current biscuits contain the following allergen warnings:

Each biscuit is about 8cm across, and the printable area is about 7.5cm across. All biscuits are circular.

Why do we say “about”? Its baking, not an exact science and nothing is perfect!

If you are based in the Wellington CBD, we offer an in-person drop off service that is far cheaper (and faster) than traditional shipping. Once you put in your delivery address, if you are eligible, a drop off option will appear.
